(13 Feb 2008) Maintenance: Sorry for the camera still in trouble!

Dear visitors and users,
We, the NICT Aurora-Live site operation team, have been received a number of
your messages inquiring why the image remains stopping in December 2008.
We really appreciate your warm and encouraging messages.
The reasons are the camera trouble, and addtionally doubled trouble of our
spare camera. It is diffucult to fix it soon, because of financial and
human-resource issues (Japanese financial fiscal year is ending March,
and the budget is closing.)
We appologize any inconvenience due to the camera stop, and appreciate
your great patience for the live site restart in some time this year...
